SPONSORSHIP FORM

The primary purpose of the Slidell Youth Football Association (SYFA) is to furnish an opportunity for the children between the ages of six and fourteen to play the contact sport of football under conditions of good leadership and sound instruction in the fundamentals of the game. In addition, scholarship and citizenship is promoted without depriving them of the basic urge to win.

Sign Sponsorship (SYFA Federal Tax-ID: 58-2031867)

- Signs will be displayed by the SYFA based upon a first-come first-save basis.

- Signs will be displayed for a period of 12 months.

Fence Signs*

(sign will be displayed on fence surrounding 1 of 3 football fields)

1 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company sign ____ $250.00 ($325.00 if SYFA supplies sign)

2 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company signs ____ $450.00 ($600.00 if SYFA supplies signs)

3 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company signs ____ $675.00 ($900.00 if SYFA supplies signs)

4 or more signs ($225 per sign*)

Field House/Tower Signs*

(sign will be displayed on field house between Fields 2 and 3 or Field 3 tower)

1 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company sign ____ $375.00 ($450.00 if SYFA supplies sign)

2 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company signs ____ $700.00 ($850.00 if SYFA supplies signs)

3 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company signs ____ $975.00 ($1200.00 if SYFA supplies signs)

4 or more signs ($325.00 per sign*)

Park Entrance/Pavillion Signs*

(sign will be displayed at SYFA park entrance or pavillion)

1 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company sign ____ $450.00 ($525.00 if SYFA supplies sign)

2 – 4 ft. X 8 ft. company signs ____ $850.00 ($1000.00 if SYFA supplies signs)
